Ascension’s 14 executive moves in 2025

The following executive moves have been reported by Becker’s since Jan. 1:

1. Dean Kindler, MD, was appointed chief clinical officer of Tulsa, Okla.-based Ascension St. John Medical Center.

2. Joseph Impicciche, CEO of Ascension, will retire at the end of the year after more than 20 years of service to Catholic healthcare and Ascension. Ascension President Eduardo Conrado will assume the role of CEO, effective Jan. 1.

3. Rob Rose, DNP, RN, was appointed senior vice president and chief nursing officer at Ascension.

4. Minal Vahora was appointed assistant CFO of Mequon, Wis.-based Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital – Ozaukee.

5. Jamie Youssef was appointed CEO of Ascension Texas.

6. S. Alan Phelps was appointed CFO of Ascension St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville, Tenn., and Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tenn. 

7. Lori Tackett, MSN, RN, was appointed president of Via Christi St. Teresa Hospital in Wichita, Kan.

8. Travis Francis was appointed administrator of Ascension Via Christi Rehabilitation Hospital in Wichita.

9. Daphne David was appointed president and CEO of Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

10. Melanie Bull was appointed chief advocacy officer at Nashville, Tenn.-based Ascension St. Thomas.

11. Laurie Labarca was appointed president of Ascension Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.

12. Jessica Darnell, MSN, RN, was appointed permanent chief nursing officer of Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro.

13. Richelle Graham, BSN, RN, was appointed CNO of Ascension St. Thomas Hospital Midtown in Nashville.

14. Jenna Lambrecht was appointed associate vice president of back-end revenue cycle at Ascension.
