
Mass General Brigham hospital president to retire
Denise Schepici plans to retire Dec. 31 as president of Martha’s Vineyard Hospital and Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Oak Bluffs, Mass.
Ms. Schepici has led the hospital and skilled nursing facility for eight years, according to a Sept. 2 news release shared with Becker’s. During her tenure, she oversaw growth in clinical services and addressed local workforce needs through staff housing initiatives.
She spearheaded the development of new workforce housing in Edgartown, Mass., and helped advance Navigator Homes of Martha’s Vineyard, a skilled nursing facility set to replace Windemere.
Martha’s Vineyard Hospital is a critical access hospital and is part of Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham.
