1. Terence Farrell exited his role as president of a three-hospital regional system in Ada, Okla., part of Chesterfield, Mo.-based Mercy, and was named CEO of West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Healthcare.
2. Denise Schepici plans to retire Dec. 31 as president of Martha’s Vineyard Hospital and Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Oak Bluffs, Mass.
3. Curt Coleman, president of CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, Neb., plans to retire Jan. 5.
4. Charlie Therrien, president of Northern Light Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine, will step down Oct. 5.

1. Elizabeth Wise, MSN, president of Bel Air-based University of Maryland Medical System Upper Chesapeake Health, exited the role and was named executive vice president and COO of Lincoln, Neb.-based Bryan Health.
2. Sherry Perkins, PhD, RN, retired as president of Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, Md.
3. Paul Gaden, regional president for Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Health, exited the role and was named CEO of Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Fla.
4. Michael Clark, division president at Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health, exited the role and was appointed CEO of Wilkes-Barre (Pa.) General Hospital.
5. Al Campbell, RN, president of Beth Israel Lahey Health-Winchester (Mass.) Hospital, exited the role and was appointed president and market leader of Silver Spring-based Holy Cross Health Maryland.
6. Paari Gopalakrishnan, MD, president and COO of Kent Hospital in Warwick, R.I., will exit the role to become president and CEO of Towson, Md.-based GBMC HealthCare, effective in September.
7. John Nickens, corporate president of hospitals at New Orleans-based LCMC Health, will step down from the role and become president and CEO of Phoenix Children’s, effective no later than Oct. 1.

1. Sylvia Trent-Adams, PhD, RN, president of the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Forth Worth, exited her role and was named president and CEO of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in Boston.
2. Cliff Wilson will step down as president of Lifepoint Health’s Central Kentucky market and CEO of Georgetown (Ky.) Community Hospital, effective July 23.
3. David Schultz exited his role as president of hospital operations for Nashville, Tenn.-based Ardent Health.
4. John Bowen stepped down shortly after being appointed senior vice president and president of Novant Health’s Triad Region. He exited his role as president of Parkview Regional Medical Center and affiliates in Fort Wayne, Ind., to join Novant.
5. Chris Brown, RN, exited his role as market president and CEO of Clyde, N.C.-based Haywood Regional Medical Center to become facility president and COO of Novant Health Thomasville (N.C.) Medical Center.
6. Ronald Sloan will retire as president of Nags Head, N.C.-based Outer Banks Health at the end of 2025.

1. Elwood Bernard “Bernie” Boone III will exit his role as president of Sentara Virginia Beach (Va.) General Hospital to become president of Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va., effective June 2.
2. Collier Douglas “Doug” Long exited his role as president of Dameron Hospital in Stockton, Calif., and was named CEO of CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles.
3. Pierre Monice, president of Loyola Medicine’s MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Ill., exited his role to become president and CEO of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Holy Cross Health.
4. Karen Allen plans to retire as president of Butler (Pa.) Memorial and Clarion (Pa.) hospitals, part of Butler, Pa.-based Independence Health System.
5. Steven Foster exited his role as president of St. Luke’s Health-Patients Medical Center in Pasadena, Texas, and was named president and CEO of Mercy General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif.
6. Nathan Worley, president and chief administrative officer of Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, exited his role to become CEO of The Hospitals of Providence-Transmountain Campus in El Paso, Texas.
7. Arsalan Sheikh, DO, president of ChristianaCare Cecil County Campus in Elkton, Md., returned to his previous role as chief medical officer for the campus.
8. Liz Martin will retire in June as president of VCU Health Tappahannock (Va.) Hospital.
9. Thomas Burke, president of the Hartford, Conn., market at Trinity Health of New England, exited his role and was named chief administrative officer for Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, N.J.

1. Thomas Bowden, president of Orlando Health’s Rockledge (Fla.) Hospital, was named CEO of HCA Healthcare’s Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, N.H.
2. David “Dave” Rahija, president of Endeavor Health Medical Group Operations, was appointed president of Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Ill.
3. Rebecca Hutton Schulkowski, PharmD, president of BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel (Fla.), was named COO of UNC Health Nash in Rocky Mount, N.C.
4. Laurie Labarca, president of Ascension Via Christi St. Teresa Hospital and Ascension Via Christi Rehabilitation Hospital in Wichita, Kan., was appointed president of Ascension Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.
5. Dawn Anuszkiewicz, president of Good Samaritan Medical Center in Lafayette, Colo., was named president of MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Wash.
6. Frank Brown retired as president of Birmingham, Ala.-based Encompass Health’s Southwest region, which includes 20 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in Texas.

1. Sean Gill exited his role as Essence Healthcare’s market president, overseeing its Medicare Advantage Expansion in Chicago, and was named senior vice president of health plan relations at Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare.
2. Sylvia Trent-Adams, PhD, RN, will resign Jan. 31 as president of the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth.
3. Jeff Collins will retire in February as president of Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente’s Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals of the Northwest.
4. Brian Harte, MD, exited his role as president of Cleveland Clinic’s south submarket in northeast Ohio and was named president of the system’s east submarket.
5. Bryce Gartland, MD, exited his role as hospital group president and co-chief of clinical operations at Atlanta-based Emory Healthcare. Dr. Gartland was named south region president for Milwaukee-based Froedtert ThedaCare Health, effective Feb. 3.

1. Mary Prybylo, MSN, RN, will retire May 1 as president of Bangor, Maine-based St. Joseph Healthcare.
2. Joy Bischoff, MSN, president of OhioHealth Van Wert Hospital, was named vice president of enterprise shared services at Columbus-based OhioHealth. Chris Clinton, regional market president, will support the Van Wert Hospital leadership team until a new president is named.
3. Ryan Nagy, MD, president of Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health’s metro region and interim president of Indianapolis-based Riley Children’s Health, shared plans to exit his role to become president and system COO at Boston Children’s Hospital.
4. Marty Boryszak stepped down as president of Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and senior vice president of acute care at Buffalo, N.Y.-based Catholic Health.
5. Dana Anderson, MSN, RN, exited her role as president of Mosaic Long Term Acute Care Hospital in St. Joseph, Mo., to become COO of Mosaic Medical Center-Maryville (Mo.).
