Estes Park Health names interim CFO amid UCHealth transition

Estes Park (Colo.) Health has named Pamela Serbin-Olson interim CFO. 

Ms. Serbin-Olson was appointed to the role following the departure of CFO Aysha Douglas in late July, according to an Aug. 20 Estes Park Health news release. Ms. Douglas is now the vice president of finance for Salida, Colo.-based Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, according to her LinkedIn page.

Ms. Serbin-Olson joined the critical access hospital in 2023 as an administrative assistant before being named controller. 

She will continue to serve in the role through the transition of Estes Park Health to UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center, according to the release. In May, Park Hospital District — which operates Estes Park Health — approved a resolution to partner with Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth. Both organizations expect the partnership to be completed in late 2025, pending review by the Colorado attorney general.
