Houston-based University of Texas MD Anderson is the top-ranked cancer hospital in the U.S., according to U.S. News and World Report’s 2025-2026 ranking, published July 29.
MD Anderson has earned the top spot for the past 11 years.
For its ranking, U.S. News evaluated more than 850 hospitals based on patient outcomes, operational structure and process, expert opinion, patient experience and transparency. Read U.S. News‘ full ranking methodology here.
