
Parkview Health to build $200M Indiana hospital – Becker’s Hospital Review | Healthcare News
Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Parkview Health has shared plans to build a $200 million full-service hospital and medical building in West Lafayette, Ind.
The 200,000-square-foot, 40 inpatient-bed hospital will comprise a 24/7 emergency department, specialty care, surgical and procedural services, outpatient services, lab and imaging, and shell space for expansion, according to a July 31 news release shared with Becker’s.
Primary and specialty care will be housed in the medical office building and are expected to be rolled out before the hospital opens in 2028. The new hospital, which will kick off construction in early 2026, will create around 250 healthcare roles, including clinical and nonclinical positions, according to the release.
Parkview Health has partnered with Purdue Research Foundation, West Lafayette-based Purdue University and the city of West Lafayette for the project.
